How to Use

Everything you need: RSVP for a session, then score on the night. One phone per court, anyone can record.

RSVP for a session

  1. Open Upcoming Sessions. From Home, tap Upcoming Sessions — or go straight to /join.html.
  2. Find next Wednesday. Each card shows the date, start time, and how many courts are booked.
    Tap the gold “I'm in” on next Wednesday's card.
  3. Tap I'm in. Your spot is reserved — the card switches to ✓ You're in — see you Wednesday. A Drop out button appears in case your plans change.
    Reserved. You'll get a match-list email with venue, time & the 110 AED payment link before game day.
  4. Session full? You're on the waitlist. If every spot is taken you'll see ⏳ You're on the waitlist. We promote you automatically the moment a confirmed spot opens up — no need to message anyone.
  5. Can't make it? Tap Drop out. Please drop as early as you can so we can pass your spot to the waitlist. Signups close before game day — after that the card reads Signups closed and the list is locked.

Score your match (from this week's schedule)

  1. Open the schedule. On your phone, go to /schedule.html.
  2. Find your round and court. Scroll to your round and look for your court line.
  3. Tap ▶ Score this match. The gold button appears on your own match only — each match is scored by its four players. The court and all 4 players are auto-filled — no dropdowns to set.
    Tap the gold button on your match's card. Recorded matches show ✓ and the score.
  4. Tap Start match. The button shows that week's match length (e.g. Start 10:00 match). The timer begins and the live score screen opens.
    Players and court are set by the schedule — just tap the gold button.
  5. +1 POINT for each rally won. Tap the team's button when they win a rally. Points go 0 → 15 → 30 → 40. At 40-40, the banner shows GOLDEN POINT — next point wins the game (no advantage).
    Tap +1 POINT for whichever team won the rally. Mis-tap? −1 POINT undoes it.
  6. Time up at 0:00 — finish the rally, then tap End match. When the timer hits 0:00, the banner shows TIME UP — TAP END WHEN DONE. Finish the rally you're playing (you can still score it), then tap End match.
    Red banner = wrap up. Score the last rally, then tap End match.
  7. Tap Save match. Done. The match card on the schedule now shows ✓ Recorded with the score next to each pair.
    Save writes the score for everyone. Don't tap Discard.

Multiple courts at once

  1. One phone per court. Each phone is independent — pick its own court number. Records won't conflict between courts.
