By creating an account on Wednesday Padel Society, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

• Wednesday Padel Society is a private, recommendation-based padel community in Dubai
• New applications are reviewed and approved by Ryo Wakabayashi
• Membership is at the discretion of the organizer

2. Account responsibility

• Keep your password private; do not share your account
• One person, one account
• Provide accurate information at sign-up
• Notify Ryo if your contact details change

3. Conduct

• Be on time for sessions you signed up for
• Pay your share of court fees on time (via the link provided each week)
• Treat other members, opponents, and venue staff with respect
• No coaching from the sideline unless asked
• No physical altercations, harassment, or discriminatory behavior — instant removal from the community

4. Schedule and cancellation

• The weekly match list is set by the organizer
• If you cannot attend, give at least 24 hours notice directly to the organizer
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows still owe the session fee, and cannot sign up for the following week's game
• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or removal

5. Payment

• Court fees are split per session
• Payment is due before or at the time of play (Ziina link)
• Unpaid balances may result in suspension

6. Scoring and ratings

• Whoever is resting in a round is responsible for keeping score
• Self-assessed ratings are reviewed and adjusted by the organizer
• Ratings are private and not shared between members

7. Content

• The platform displays your first name and match history to other members
• You may not screenshot or share other members' personal information

8. Termination

8.1 Voluntary departure. You may leave the community at any time by notifying Ryo. Any prepaid session fees not yet played will be refunded.

8.2 Immediate removal (no warning). Membership ends immediately, at the organizer's sole discretion, for any of the following:

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation toward any member, guest, or venue staff
• Physical violence, on or off court, connected to the community
• Discrimination or hateful conduct on the basis of gender, nationality, religion, or any protected characteristic
• Sharing other members' personal information, photos, or contact details outside the community without consent
• Fraudulent payment, repeated chargebacks, or refusing to settle confirmed fees
• Conduct that could reasonably damage the reputation of Wednesday Padel Society or its venue partners

8.3 Removal after warning. The organizer may issue a written warning, and proceed to removal if the behavior continues, for:

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations after confirming a session
• Persistent unpaid balances
• On-court conduct issues: verbal abuse of partners, deliberately unsafe play, repeated cheating on line calls
• Recruiting members away to competing private games using WPS contact information
• Other repeated breaches of these Terms or the community Rules

8.4 Inactivity. Members who have not attended a session in 90 days may be moved to an inactive list and stop receiving session invitations. Inactive members can request reactivation at any time, subject to availability.

8.5 Procedure. Termination notices are delivered privately by email or direct message. The notice will state the reason in factual terms. The organizer will not discuss the termination with other members beyond confirming, if asked, that the member is no longer participating.

8.6 Consequences of removal. Upon termination:

• Platform access is revoked and the account is deactivated
• Prepaid fees for sessions not yet played are refunded; fees for sessions already played, or for late cancellations under Section 4, are non-refundable
• Account data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy and may be kept for record-keeping, dispute resolution, or legal purposes
• The removed member agrees not to attend WPS sessions or contact members through community channels going forward

8.7 Appeals. A removed member may submit a written appeal to Ryo within 14 days. The organizer's decision after review is final.

8.8 Discretion. Wednesday Padel Society is a private, invite-only community. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and the organizer reserves final discretion over admission, suspension, and removal.

9. No warranty

• The platform is provided as-is for community organization
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability
• Use at your own discretion

10. Changes

• These terms may change. Active members will be notified and required to accept updates on next login.
